Blink Charging Co.’s stock

popped 3% in premarket trade Tuesday, after the company said it’s entered an agreement with fast-food franchisee Arcos Dorados to provide electric vehicle charging at McDonald’s

restaurants in Puerto Rico. Blink will install 200 chargers at Arcos Dorados outlets across the island starting Wednesday. Blink has installed 2,138 chargers across eight countries in Latin America since entering that market in 2020. The stock has fallen 58% in 2023 to date, while the S&P 500

has gained 14.6%.
